Happy St. Patrick’s Day! I used Mississippi Mud Black and Tan beer instead of Guinness. The flavor was a bit more mellow and blended nicely with the dark cocoa batter. I added leaf green color and mint oil to the icing, topped with shaved dark chocolate bar. The Leprechaun’s hat I added for a fun look! Cake tastes Grrrreat!
