Followed the cake recipe exactly, but in place of heavy cream in the frosting, I used Kerrygold Irish cream liquor, which was divine. Created a more off-white color, but it was worth it for the slightly boozy indulgence! I’m a pretty capable and creative cook, but my baking skills are middling at best. This recipe gave me back some confidence in the baking department!
