Made this for Eddie, my father in law to celebrate his 70th birthday. He's from Dublin so I did it as a Guinness pouring cake (with a black handled paintbrush) with mini matching cakes. I used choco-writers to create the shamrocks in true Dublin style. It went down a treat!
