“Don’t be afraid of the dark! “ This was the perfect dessert for our Irish themed dinner party! I had so many compliments on this dessert! It was a perfect addition to our menu of soda bread with irish native crab and langoustines, plus slow cooked beef chuck & veg with a side of colcannon! A full Irish menu thanks to the chocolate Guinness cake! 10 of us dressed in full Irish costumes, recited Irish verse, and even took part in a host your own race night game!
