First time making these and it did take a while but I have certainly seen the fruit of my labour. I wasn’t sure they were going to prove at first but there was no need to be afraid. Once in the oven, the gorgeous aroma of spicy, sweet bread whilst baking although only for a short time, seemed to linger for the rest of the day. Easter has definitely arrived!
