Nothing says Easter or Springtime like a Hot Cross Bun. I love that this dough can be made the day before and rise in the fridge overnight, it makes the morning prep so much easier. My kitchen smelled heavenly while baking and they did not disappoint upon coming out of the oven. Light, fragrant, and oh so delicious!
