Tadaaa! Here’s my approach to this month’s cookalong. I dutifully followed the recipe, but since I don’t have a food processor I used the stand mixer, without a problem by the way. However I díd add my own twist by using a rectangular baking tin and adding my own candied rose leaves - since the roses in my garden are in full bloom now. And encouraging me in getting artsy is like dangling a sausage in front of a dogs head, hence this entry!! We’re a celiac safe household and this bake will probably be a recurring affair from now on.
