I used a Kitchen Aid mixer and changed the process up a little bit; I beat the eggs and sugar first and then followed to recipe steps as stated. This cake was fantastic, very moist and light - fluffy and absolutely delicious! Everyone loved it - polished it up in no time. I will definitely be making it again!
