As I have a pretty bad relationship with whipping double cream (unfortunately always had problem with it), I replaced it with plain yogurt and added 3 pack of edible gelatin powder to the cream to make sure it stays together. I decorated it with my favourite berries. This was my pre-birthday cake and it turned out perfect, everyone loved it. Thank you for the great recipe! :)
