My first cookalong! I loved the simplicity of this recipe, so I didn't want to add too much. Just a sprinkle of pistachio and some raspberries (I just love all the fresh red berries when they are in season!). My cheesecake looks an bit more rustic than the original, but the flavour was perfect! I even did the 'Snacking from the refrigerator in the middle of the night in my bathrobe'-thing!
