A flower of a dessert. Yum! The creamy, mildly chocolately filling with a crunch below and slightly tart raspberries on top made a perfect combination. Served with extra summer fruits on the side made a perfect post bbq sweet. Easy to make with a satisfactory wow factor! I had watched Nigella make it so didn’t overwhip the cream which I think added to the lightness.
