I made this gorgeous nigella inspired cheesecake for my girlfriend and her family. I can’t express how difficult it has been to stop them all slicing it before it set! It is a pistachio stencilled giraffe and elephant with a berry sunset swizzled above. Since it’s a hot summer here in England I thought let’s do an African theme! Now the cake is set I’m going to slice it and relax in my bikini. Ahhhh pure bliss!
