Hello Nigella, baking this cheesecake was incredibly fun and satisfying! This is the lightest cheesecake I have ever made and definitely my go-to recipe from now. The berries and the mint compliment the bright summer weather we are all enjoying at the moment. I have always loved your recipes and your cheerful nature.
