I made Nigella’s white chocolate cheesecake for a family barbecue. I added some mascarpone into the mix for added creaminess. I added some raspberries to the mix and also some on top. The dessert went down a treat! Everyone had some (and some had seconds)! The kids loved it too. One of the best desserts I’ve ever made - simple and effective! Delicious!
