I made this white chocolate cheesecake for my husband's birthday. To balance the sweetness of white chocolate (my husband is not so into sweet treat but birthday cake is a must, right?!), I added a layer of passionfruit jelly on top, which created a lovely 3 thin layer cake decorated with eye-catching edible petals. The chewy texture of jelly, the light sour taste of passionfruit went perfectly with the soft, smooth and sweet flavour of white chocolate, ending with the crumble base of biscuits. Perfect mash-up for a special occasion. Thank you Nigella for your awesome recipes and more than that, the way you cook and live truly inspired me since the very first days I watched your TV show Nigella Bites back in 2013.
