Easy but ever so tasty fruit tart to celebrate the beautiful sunny weather with friends. Also the kids loved the crunchy sweet base ("Oh there are cookies in the pie!!") (I used cookies with some coconut in ("Rachel cookies") which gave a lovely exotic touch)
