Made on a sunny bank holiday weekend with my 3 year old twin daughters to share with friends. We didn’t process the base quite enough, so less sandy rubble than building rubble. Fruit decoration courtesy of one of my daughters, the gaps between the fruit courtesy of my other daughter who took great delight in snaffling the occasional sweet raspberries and strawberries. A beautiful tart which everyone enjoyed with relish in the sunshine!
