Quick and scrumptious Sunday lunch dessert made with my two sons, aged 2 and 6. The 2yo was horrified I was crushing his cookies, and ate half of my strawberries in revenge. The 6yo enjoyed decorating it. We all enjoyed eating it! Fantastically easy recipes for these hot summer days!
