Maple glazed berries fruit tart with orange lemon cheese curd topped it up with hints of dried yuzu and orange peels. Made this to celebrate one of my girlfriends' birthday. Was a hit, gone within minutes. They loved the tart base with the tangy filling, goes really well with the berries. Is a keeper recipe for me.
