The name of this tart is spot on. It is truly a no fuss tart. To make the base I added home made butter to the biscuit crumbs and processed them I pressed them into my tin, then I mixed a store bought quality lemon curd and the cream cheese to make the filling all of which took less then 20minutes. I did leave it in the fridge overnight, the fruit assembly took only a few minutes. The tart was just heavenly, a lemon cheese cake topped with berries YUM.
