I used lemon juice instead of water to make the Royal Icing- it was so delicious and I loved the sour/sweet flavour. I also attempted to make a haunted house and Frankenstein's monster which turned out a bit rustic to say the least! But it was really fun and I've bookmarked the recipe for future bakes.
