In the fall I like to spice up my cookies with warm spices - cinnamon, cardamon, bit of ginger powder, maybe pinch of cloves. It's so Christmas-y - you may say, but hey - it's only two months 'till Christmas anyway ???? I adore making this kind of cookie, make small gifts out of them and make everyone happier and softer around the edges, if You know what I mean??
