I followed the instructions to every detail and made sure to cool the cheesecake overnight in the fridge so that it released perfectly from the cake pan. I decided to make a white chocolate ganache and let it drip over the edges. I then added some raspberries and some fine chopped pistachio nuts to finish. These flavors added enough compliment to the recipe without overwhelming it. Just for fun, I printed out some stencils and made my first chocolate art for the top.
