The softest and most chocolatey cake I’ve eaten in a while! The icing perhaps needed to set a little more (I blame the Australian summer heat) and the roll flattened out a little, but there was nothing left of it after a family gathering so I take that as a sign of approval. An easier recipe than it appears!
