A fond memory of cooking this cake for my 90 year old Pa. I am very proud of my writing in white chocolate, I used a plastic bag with a fine hole in the corner and I printed off a template and put it underneath baking paper I was piping onto. I made a double batch and needless to say the cake was a hit!
