This has been a longtime favorite for our family. The ultimate choclate cake for all chocaholics. I followed the recipe stritctly, but for the golden syrup, which I substituted with honey, and the sugar flowers, which I substituted with marcipan flowers made by an excellent Hungarian patisserie.
