What a deliciously easy to make and equally delicious chocolate cake and icing. I made this for my brother as a ‘goodbye and I love you cake‘ on the night he jetted back home to Iceland (I live in Australia). He enjoyed it immensely despite being on a strict diet, I think he may have enjoyed it even more so because of that! I have tendency to go overboard and decorated it with his favourite, sugar pearls and my favourite, gold dust. Thanks Nigella for another wonderful recipe xx
