I love baking! Especially chocolate cakes as they are everyone´s favourite. I am from Spain and have struggled to find the perfect recipe here, one that was tasty but not too rich. I had heard about Nigella's recipes before but it wasn't until I found her website that a whole new world of baking opened up. When I saw her chocolate cake recipe I was reluctant at first because it uses sour cream but of course the proof of the pudding is in the eating and when I tasted it I knew I had found the recipe I had been looking for! Friends seem to agree and now when I get invited to a party I get asked to bring a cake instead of a bottle. Here is a photo of my cake and I have used Bougainvillea petals for decoration.
