I decided to make these for my step-daughter who is a valentine baby! I put her Nicknames and some messages into the biscuits to make them like valentines sweeties!! They were enjoyed on the train ride home from her dinner which felt very Nigella-like. I could not get Birds custard and felt they were a little pale in colour but the biscuits were lovely and short and the icing sweet and vanilla. xo
