Custard creams used to decorate my mum’s birthday cake today (Nigella’s sour cream chocolate cake). I don’t have a food processor but just rubbed the butter into the flour and custard powder mix; it worked fine! Will definitely make them again, and sent the recipe to my aunt and mum to try too. Yum!
