What better way to hide away from storm Ciara than attempt recreation of one of my favourite biscuits. They taste perfect! My only complaint is that my tea got cold while I filled them all but that's only a fault in myself not the recipe. I'm so glad I cancelled my plans this evening and learned how to make these instead. I'd be more than happy with custard creams for Valentines day
