My Norwegian Cinnamon Buns are made slightly differently, though I use the same dough. Once rolled out, and butter, sugar and cinnamon spread I fold the dough to make a package of 3 layers. I then cut 1-2 cm wide strips, twist them, roll them around my fingers making a knot. In Norway, we often eat these Cinnamon Buns with genuine brown goat cheese.
