It was my first attempt at making cinnamon rolls. I did everything by the recipe and they turned out alright. The only thing I would do differently next time is take them out earlier. Mine are a bit burnt on the top and they were only in the oven for 15 minutes (my fan forced oven often cooks things faster than normally specified in recipes). These cinnamon rolls are delicious to snack on throughout the week and they remind me of a summer trip in Iceland I took to visit an Icelandic friend who made me traditional cinnamon rolls while I was there.
