This is my entry for the Norwegian cinnamon buns. As there’s only 2 of us and flour and yeast is hard to come by, making the whole recipe would have been a waste so I scaled the recipe down and made a third of it.. I added in some orange zest and juice to the dough and the filling. As I had a bag of soft dark brown sugar open I used that for the filling . Totally delicious.
