These are delicious fluffy buns! I made half the recipe as we are in Coronavirus lockdown and I am trying to bake something new everyday. These gorgeous buns were a welcome diversion. Next time I would add the cinnamon mixture to the bottom layer as well, for even more cinnamon-y goodness. Thanks Nigella for wonderful recipes and cooking inspiration, particularly appreciated during this three week stretch at home. Your recipes are a real comfort. Stay safe and keep cooking !!
