Easter Egg Nest Cake with my 60+ year old Steiff Rabbit, Luluk and his Easter egg. Only change to the recipe is that I put Rum in the filling rather than vanilla, as my late Grandmother always put rum in chocolate icing/filling and I do the same. Love the way the rum cuts through the sweetness. Great recipe to make, have to watch the egg whites though
