I have been contemplating to make this but the fact that I am not a great choc lover witheld me. But this Easter morning I thought it is a shame not to have anything ‘Easter eggy’ at the brunch so I made this in the quiet of the Easter morn. No effort, therapeutic, and there was a this lovely scent of dark chocolate in the kitchen when the rest of the family came downstairs. My own twist to it was adding a few blocks of hazelnut chocolate to the mousse part. For texture. We loved this!!!
