Yummy Chocolate Easter Ganache Cake. Thank you Nigella. It went down a storm! I couldn't get any flour to make a cake due to Corona Virus pandemic and flour like gold dust. This fitted the bill perfectly. Even my husband ( who doesn't do cake) couldn't fault it. It was an easy to follow recipe and I was so pleased with the result. Will certainly make it again.
