Springy Easter Cake I followed the recipe, but chose to decorate with edible flowers, raspberries, and mint leaves, along with a “nest” of peanut butter chocolate eggs, for a refreshingly springy look. The cake directions were easy to follow (one of the things I love about Nigella’s recipes), and the cake turned out beautifully. It was a big hit with the family!
