Due to the current situation, flour was incredibly hard to buy at the supermarket, so this seemed like an ideal opportunity to test out a "flour less" cake and see how they turn out! Been an avid cook of savory meals so was very excited to bake! Great success (after 2 attempts I must admit) and can't wait to bake again for our huge family gathering hopefully soon! Nothing can beat a huge chocolate cake to indulge yourself in, thank you for a delicious recipe!
