Our cake might be late to the Easter party but that’s only because we’re getting ready for our Orthodox Easter this weekend! We made this cake for our family friends to enjoy as we won’t be able to spend the Easter long weekend with them this year. We know they’ll love it because Nigella’s recipes are always the best.
