I created this woodland scene with my famous little fawn - who appears in all of my cakes. I also placed a little porcelain bunny which belonged to my mother. The cake itself is a chocolate cloud cake which I covered in mascarpone to which I had added melted chocolate. We also smashed up an Easter shredded wheat nest to sprinkle around the edges to make it look more authentic.
