Easter Egg Cake - I've never made this cake before, despite having Feast for many years. It is deeply chocolatey, but meringue light at the same time. I whipped the yolks and sugar for a little longer and had to use a bit of milk chocolate in the ganache, as I had less dark chocolate available.
