My daughter Ruby and I made our Easter Egg Nest cake for Easter Sunday lunch. She is not overly keen on dark chocolate so we mixed milk chocolate into the cream to make it a bit lighter. Wish we were sharing it with the wider family today but I am sure my husband will eat enough for all of them. Happy Easter Maxine x
