I love baking this cake every Easter! No twists to this recipe as we think it’s perfect - however, we only had 6 eggs in the house and could not get any in the supermarket this weekend, so had to forego matzoh balls for our matzoh ball soup on Saturday so that I could use all available eggs for this! Worth it!!
