Hi Nigella, My name is Sasha Gold and I am 21 years old from Sydney Australia. I had so much fun making this delicious cake. Given the time of year and this recipe coinciding with Passover I was absolutely inspired to enter this competition. The cake was delicious and I loved sharing it with my family.
