The process for this cake was easy to follow and I thoroughly enjoyed making it. Step 6's hint remembering not to freak out about the imperfection of the crater in the middle of the cake, was not only my favourite but a great reminder. As I felt my stomach and heart drop when I saw how deep the crater was. I personalised this recipe by only making a half recipe and using an 18cm tin. Of which I could not gently remove the cake from, but was bashing on a cutting board. Despite this the cake held its shape, didn't break and was enjoyed by my parents in-law. Thank you
