I first made a traditional Pavlova with an Aussie friend who shared her mum's recipe and a tin of passion fruit sent from Canberra. This updated version of a candied ginger and lime meringue filled with lime mousse and topped with blackberries in balsamic syrup was fun to create. A dollop of whipped cream and a candied lime garnish this summer treat.
