Shockingly, despite living in Australia for over a year and a half now, I had never made a pavlova before this one. I really loved the flavours of this pav, the sweetness of the meringue perfectly balanced by the citrus from the passion fruit. I decided to go all in on the rose theme by adding some pink food colouring to the meringue & piping some roses along the base. Despite the inevitable cracks, it gave it a romantic look to match the dreamy flavour!
