Loved the look of this recipe so had to have a go! They’re out of the oven now and we can’t wait to have them tonight with some Cardigan Bay crab. Very easy to follow recipe and they baked a treat. Used a Welsh dark Tomos Illford porter for the stout with notes of treacle, orange and chocolate. Gave a delightful flavour to the rolls.
